Yes. We use title and escrow companies to oversee transactions—title companies verify the identities of the buyer and seller, they exchange the deed for the payment, and they provide the title insurance policy. Their title insurance policy protects both the buyer and the seller.

Title companies are government regulated, and that makes them a trusted intermediary for real estate transactions. We recommend using a title company whenever possible.

We are not a scam, but we understand your concerns, that is why we pay for your safety by hiring a licensed escrow-title company. Escrow means that title to your property will not be transferred unless we deliver your cash to the escrow-title company. The escrow-title company pays you at closing. You have a choice of wire transfer or cashierʼs check.
